Posted at September 10, 2011 | By : | Categories : Blog | 0 Comment

Last weekend was Labor Day, a weekend filled with cookouts and pool parties. Usually the weekend after leaves a lot of people looking for something to do, if you fall in that category think about attending the Chocolate Fest, an annual party benefiting the non-profit Louisville AIDS Walk.

The event takes place at the east Louisville home of Craig Scherman, a board member for the Louisville AIDS Walk and long time Louisville philanthropist, in addition to being sponsored by Horseshoe Casino. Guests can enjoy an open bar, gourmet chocolate and desserts, all while they socialize and bid on unique silent auction items.

Last year the Chocolate Fest, Louisville raised $50,000 to benefit the Louisville based non-profit organization, this year they are hoping to beat that goal. For directions to the party or to make a donation please visit www.chocolatefestlouisville.com

Website Mentors designed and developed the website(s) for both the Louisville AIDS Walk and the Chocolate Fest Louisville.

Jacob Conway, Vice President of New Accounts, has been with Website Mentors since 2010. Jacob has been actively involved in several Louisville based charities, non-profit organizations, and fundraising events.
